1. Application:

101series is a heating drying oven with drum wind and constant temperature. Including the digital display and the pointer display. They are widely used to industrial and agricultural production, science research. Medical health.etc laboratory to dry; heat; and warm the product. But for sake of safety, They are forbid to apply for volatile, inflammable and explosive substance.

2. The principle and structure:

This product was installed with heat. With drum wind device at left when it was working. Temperature control instrument control the temperature constant and temperature’s high and low. The air flows into from bottom air hole when working. Through heating wire and drum wind device into the studio. Then was discharged from the top oven of the air hole.

.this product studio and shell have the glass fiber for heat insulating material, and the shell was made for steel plate. and the electrostatic powder coated the surface.

3. Structure features:

Temperature controller including the pointer type display; digital display; and smart display. Outside of oven using metal paint spraying system. Overall design beautiful. It is suitable for small and middle size laboratory and workshop . Inside of oven is divided into mirror stainless steel and galvanized steel sheet. Hot air circulation system is made of low noise air blower and air duct.

The oven door installed two –layers tempered glass windows. Can observe the items in the oven very clearly. The hot air circulation system design is reasonable in the oven. Guarantee the indoor temperature uniformity. And heating up very quickly.

The 101 series the air in oven using air blower forced convection. the 202 series using natural convection.
